We knew we were in the right area when our forward progress was hindered by the sheer cliff representing the border between old and new. The first structure we came across was one we were not familiar with: The Log Fortress

Thankfully those crafty Detulux players made a nether portal system that connects this site to the rest of their known world. It also connects to the Zookeeper Canada Portals featuring the original spawn point and quite a few landmarks in between.

The nostalgia was overwhelming having dealt with endless sea in the newly generated part of the server. Our first stop on the MCZ path was Gibbsauce’s own Gibbopolis 2.0. Areas of interest are the R&D labs, elevator, hot tubs, jail, and the fort walls.
